Jazz Rants: 

Well, if you don’t know what Twitter is by now, I do wonder how comfortable it is under the rock you’re under. Twitter has taken OVER the internet, but some of the celebrities who have taken over twitter may need to call it quits before it RUINS THEIR CAREERS.

Twitter is a great medium to connect to fans and network, but we are in a recession and some of these people are risking their jobs ackin’ wreckless. From Yung Joc, making an absolute FOOL of himself and his friends. Tila Tequila and Ray J "beefing" over pregnancy. And Greg Street lying and putting not only himself but Atlanta radio station V-103 in jeopardy! Its RIDICULOUS.

So, ‘Jazz’ is here, and I have to lay down the some of the obvious RULES OF TWITTER:

1) Stop beefing with other “celebs” over Twitter, NOW! Unless, your album is about to come out, and you and that person need that publicity boost – stop @replying to ignorance unless you want to look childish and lose respecting fans.

2) Promote yourself, of course, because even though on your free time, you’re still working. But watch what you say, because you’re still working and the media is still watching you. Like, if Chris Brown had a Twitter, he can’t tweet: “Me and my little sister just finished playing NBA Live, and I beat her assssss” because the media will only see “I beat her ass” and that boy will have to go into hiding for another 4-6 months.

3) Its good to reply to fans! You should, maybe not to all of the groupies, but replying to a few never hurts! But do not reply to haters, especially with something disrespectful, rude, or demeaning. It makes you look childish stooping down to someone else’s level. I don’t care if they compared your mama to Mama Frankie, be mature and use that Block button. IT WORKS GUYS! Diddy uses it all the time (Ask Chris Foxx)! Let’s GOOOO!!

4) And FINALLY RT = retweet (you all should know that by now, stop asking that), #followfridays are on FRIDAYS ONLY, and PLEASE do not  “mistake” Direct Messaging for @replying. PLEASE. Because, if you’re Trey Songz, thousands of groupies will call you fiftyleven times EACH until you answer and have phone sex with us, err, them.

Follow  your COMMON SENSE, and baby, I’m sure your Tweeting career will be long-lived! Well, until someone finds another networking fad, that makes the public forget Twitter even EXISTED.
